You deserve support for your postpartum journey.

Building your family takes a lot of work and planning, but you also want to relax and soak up all the sweet little moments with your new baby. Finding that balance between routine and order, rest and connection is my specialty. I consider it an honor to walk along side your new family during this major life transition, being there to reassure you every step of the way, guiding you with over 20 years personal experience in newborn, infant and postpartum caregiver wisdom. This journey was never meant to be a time of isolation. Let’s do it together.

I’m a non-judgmental, calming presence that seeks to know you and your family’s needs and preferences first and foremost. I do not have an agenda for how you choose to feed, sleep, or practice any of the many different ways and methods of parenting. It is truly my joy to facilitate your discovery and identity as parents, a growing family, and members of the larger caregiving community.

Please contact me for a complimentary video chat to see if we’re a good fit for your support and empowerment as an evolving family.

I’m Heather Joy. I’m here to hold your hand.

Growing up the oldest of a large family I was in an integral part of my own mother’s postpartum recovery. I have also birthed four of my own children and attended multiple births and postpartum seasons of friends and family. I’m deeply dedicated to seeing every birthing parent and baby fully supported in this precious time of rest and bonding.

If you’re seeking postpartum education, consultations, and hands-on care I can’t wait to talk with you.

Embrace the empowerment of support.

I have been a part of many communities of women who participated in the typical postpartum meal train and showed up to hear each other’s birth stories and cradle the new baby. However, we all saw a gaping need for postpartum care of mother--not just baby. We were all so busy with our own homelife and new infants that we didn’t know how to fully step into the forgotten art of communal postpartum care.
